Weekday Postpartum Doula Services $40 per hour

Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm (minimum 4 hour shift)

Postpartum hourly rate includes the following:

• in-home prenatal visit before baby arrives

• unlimited daytime text support throughout contract

• in-home physical, emotional, educational and practical support for family after birth of baby

• caring for mother - physical/emotional support and postpartum comfort measures

• newborn care while parents rest

• assisting with breastfeeding issues

• preparing meals

• laundry and household tasks 

• assisting with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, and feeding

• newborn care guidance and education

• teaching baby soothing techniques

• establishing healthy newborn routines

• providing postpartum/newborn resources and referrals

• emotional support/monitoring for postpartum mood disorders
